Kevin Pangborn R.P.F.

Kevin is a graduate of the Natural Resource Management faculty at Lakehead University, and has seven years of experience working at W&A in rural and urban environments. He started here in 2013 as a Forest Tech/Forester-in-Training and became a Registered Professional Forester in 2016. His experience includes leading and managing urban street tree and forest inventory projects, conducting arboricultural and hazard tree assessments, authoring forest management plans and silvicultural prescriptions, as well as preparing and monitoring standing timber sales.

  • Level 2 – Ontario Certified Tree Marker,

William Greaves, Forest Technician

Will is a graduate of the Forestry Technician Co-op program at Sir Sanford Fleming College and worked for a tree-care company.   Since 2017 he has worked at W&A in urban and rural settings on many projects including treatment of ash trees with TreeAzin to protect them from EAB, assessment and inventory of hazardous park trees in Oakville, managing private woodlots, urban and rural street-tree inventories, and controlling invasive species (e.g., dog strangling vine and buckthorn).

Cole Miller, Forest Technician

Cole graduated from the Fleming College Forest Technician Program in 2019, worked seasonally on fire crews with the MNRF in Central Ontario for several and worked part time for a tree service.  He has been with Williams & Associates since 2019, mostly conducting tree inventories and assessments and tree marking.

  • Certified  Arborist (ISA# ON 2674A)

Cassandra Malo, Forest Technician

Cassandra is a recent graduate of Trent University and recent addition to W&A. She graduated with diplomas/degrees in Ecological Restoration from Fleming College (2018) and Trent University (2020).  Cassandra is a Licensed Pesticide Applicator and is in the process of completing requirements to be a Certified Arborist.
